The room was clean! It was well-prepared. It had everything a guest could want. Staff upgraded the room as a special anniversary gift. Late checkout was a fantastic convenience. I also enjoyed breakfast which was complete.
I noticed some noise from the street. The windows did not completely block the sound. This was a slight distraction during the evening. it was not a major issue.

Ian provided great help upon arrival. He was quick and thorough. the superior double room was awesome. it featured very comfy carpet and a very comfy bed. the room also had lots of space.
The room felt a bit tired. It could benefit from some updating.

the location exists in the heart of the city. the service i find prompt and friendly. i did receive a welcome drink upon arrival. the room was also very clean.
the bathroom looked small, it needs updating. the shower did leak a little bit after each use. fixing this would improve the stay .
